What do you get when you combine a rainy weekend with a children's soft play centre? A very busy day!
While we always do our best to accommodate everyone, if you haven't booked and secured a slot, there may be occasions when we reach capacity and unfortunately have to turn customers away.
We completely understand that this can be disappointing. However, this does not give anyone the right to verbally abuse our staff.
TODAY, a member of our team was subjected to extremely offensive language and was even told, "I hope you crash and die on your way home."
SHAME ON YOU!
We are deeply disappointed that anyone would think this is acceptable behaviour, especially in front of children.
Please be aware that we operate CCTV throughout our premises. Any customer who behaves in an abusive or threatening manner towards our staff may receive an immediate lifetime ban and, where appropriate, the matter may be reported to the police.
Our team work incredibly hard to provide a safe, fun environment for everyone. We ask that all customers treat both staff and fellow visitors with respect.

Ironically, the individual in question has now left a negative review on our TripAdvisor page. Not only is it inaccurate, but it is also frustratingly damaging to our business.
What makes it even more disappointing is that he failed to mention his own vulgar and abusive language towards our staff, spoken in front of his children.
We have reported the review and hope TripAdvisor will investigate it appropriately. In the meantime, however, it is our business that suffers from the impact of these false claims.
Your support, kind words, and honest reviews mean the world to us and help ensure that the truth is seen above the negativity. Thank you again for standing by us x

Welcome to the wonderful world of Jollie’s Barn!
Jollie’s Barn is a state of the art play centre in Lancashire designed with both the child and the adult in mind. This is a play centre like no other with a large next generation soft play structure! It is crammed with fun, educational activities, which will nurture your child in a safe and friendly environment. We have recently undertaken a large re-refurbishment of our toddler area to make it even more interactive for our under 3’s customers. We are really proud to offer a cosy and quiet outside area with play equipment for those lovely summer days.
